Dr Adam Doyle

Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist
Dr Adam Doyle offers consultative services for both general gastroenterology and hepatology, as well as direct access gastroscopy and colonoscopy. He has experience in all aspects of adult gastrointestinal and liver disease with a particular interest in hepatology; including viral hepatitis, fatty liver disease, hepatocellular carcinoma and autoimmune liver disease.
Dr Doyle has trained locally, interstate, and internationally, with his fellowship experience focusing on advanced liver disease and transplantation.
He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Western Australia, and his basic physician training at Royal Perth Hospital. He then moved to Melbourne to undertake advanced training in gastroenterology and hepatology at Royal Melbourne Hospital and Monash Medical Centre.
He subsequently completed two fellowships in general and transplant hepatology at Toronto General Hospital, Canada.
Dr Doyle is also appointed as a consultant gastroenterologist and hepatologist at Royal Perth Hospital, where he is active in both clinical research and in the teaching of junior medical staff. He is the principal investigator for clinical trials in hepatocellular carcinoma at Royal Perth Hospital.
Dr Doyle also attends both outpatient clinics and listing meetings for the WA Liver Transplant Service, and has access to clinical trial recruitment, primarily for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma, fatty liver disease, and hepatitis B.
Dr Oliver Duncan

Dr Oliver Duncan offers consultation services for general gastroenterology, hepatology and inflammatory bowel disease. He also provides a direct access gastroscopy and colonoscopy service. Oliver is focussed on providing expert evidenced based care with a holistic, patient centred approach and offers – No gap provider for scopes – Direct access endoscopy – Clinic appointments available at short notice
Oliver studied Medicine at the University of Notre Dame in Fremantle, graduating with Distinction in 2009. He commenced his residency at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital in 2010 and became a member of the Royal Australian College of Physicians in 2016, after completing his specialty training in Gastroenterology and Hepatology. During his specialty training, Oliver worked with the Western Australian Liver Transplant Service and also as a Hepatology Fellow at Fiona Stanley Hospital.
Oliver completed an 18- month Gastroenterology Fellowship at the prestigious John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford, working with world leading physicians in Inflammatory Bowel Disease.
Whilst in Oxford, he also undertook additional training in advanced colonoscopy techniques. In 2018 he commenced practice as a Consultant Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist at Fiona Stanley Hospital. He is the clinical lead for the Fiona Stanley Hepatocellular Carcinoma Service and is the Upper Gastrointestinal lead for the Western Australian Cancer and Palliative Care Network. He also attends the monthly Western Australian Liver Transplant Service clinic and runs a biannual outreach clinic on Christmas Island. Oliver’s research interests include Hepatocellular carcinoma, coagulation in the setting of variceal haemorrhage and metabolic disease in the setting of liver transplantation.
Dr Raj Uchila

Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist
Dr Raj Uchila is a Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist with extensive training locally and overseas. After his Gastroenterology training in Perth, he moved to Sydney for further training at Westmead Hospital and its renowned Endoscopy and Liver units.
He subsequently completed a clinical fellowship in transplant hepatology at the Toronto General Hospital, Canada. Since returning to Perth, he has been working as a consultant Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist at Fiona Stanley Hospital.
Dr Uchila has a broad range of interests encompassing all aspects of gastroenterology and liver diseases, with a particular interest in the investigations of abnormal liver tests, in the management of fatty liver disease, viral hepatitis, autoimmune liver diseases, end-stage liver disease, colorectal cancer screening, reflux disease and drug-resistant Helicobacter infection.
He has accreditation in colonoscopy and gastroscopy by the Conjoint Committee for the Recognition of Training in Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of Physicians (RACP) and is a member of the Gastroenterological Society of Australia (GESA). He receives referrals for direct access endoscopy and will not apply a gap for all private endoscopic procedures. He has regular public endoscopy lists at FSH and Osborne Park Hospital.
Dr Tiffany Khoo

Dr Tiffany Khoo completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Western Australia, graduating in 2010 with Honors. She completed her specialist training in Western Australia which included a fellowship in Hepatology at Fiona Stanley Hospital. Subsequently, she was awarded her Fellowship of Royal Australasian College of Physicians in Gastroenterology.
Dr Tiffany Khoo offers consultation services for all aspects of gastroenterology and hepatology. She also provides direct access gastroscopy and colonoscopy with a short wait list time and no gap. Dr Khoo is able to communicate in English and Mandarin and aims to provide friendly, patient-centered, evidence-based care for all her patients.
She is currently working at Fiona Stanley Hospital and consulting out of rooms at Glengarry Gastroenterology. She has published research examining at SIRT therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma. Dr Khoo has ongoing involvement in clinical research looking at stereotactic radiotherapy as treatment for hepatocellular carcinoma. She is a member of the Gastroenterological Society of Australia (GESA).
